The room was updated and reasonably large with comfortable beds. The staff was amiable. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. The hotel is conveniently adjacent to restaurants, shops, and a bowling alley. Additionally, there is a brand new grand opening breakfast area.

The breakfast was by far the best on our whole trip (varied, fresh fruits, cold cuts, waffles, bread, scrambled eggs etc). Also the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Really good hotel for transit trip.

The pool is heated, but the sunbathing area is very small and shady early in the afternoon.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and superb. the breakfast was enjoyable with good food choices. the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and a bowling alley. Additionally, the brand new breakfast area is grand and inviting.

Had a spacious room with 2 comfortable queen size beds. Everything is freshly renovated, not as used as in most motels, even the bathroom!

Very nice reception: Helpful and interested. Also nice lady in the breakfast room. Good atmosphere in the hotel. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. Versatile breakfast with a lot of choices. Close to Universal Studios.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from The Mall, while the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were cozy.

The hotel was booked for the transit, but fits equipment and location (30 min to LAX). Is a BW of the better kind, especially breakfast is recommended. Pool well heated, 3 stars in total.

Loved that the hotel was little and had very attentive staff at the reception desk. We booked a deluxe king room with comfortable beds and coffee, just like advertised. The location was particularly good for exploring Los Angeles. The property was in a secure area.

The staff was super friendly. The room was immaculate and modern. We loved the mini-fridge with mini freezer, and mini microwave. We enjoyed the inviting pool and jaccuzi and the 42" lcd tv with good cable channels. We liked the free wifi and free parking. The room and parking was safe and quiet. Hardly any traffic to the hotel and to Universal Studios (only 20 min away from hotel). We enjoyed the continental breakfast of assorted fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, hardboiled eggs, bagels, muffins and scones. We like the on site restaraunt, steak and shrimp was delicious, the chef/owner was very nice.

The pillows were a little too fluffy. Fine for sitting up in the bed to watch tv, but you might want to bring a flatter pillow from home to sleep on. The air conditioner was a little loud, but normal for hotels. Wished there was a waffle iron for the continental breakfast instead of frozen with toaster.

A fabulous big room. Very qquiet hotel. Nice pool. Lovely staff. Great cafe (very cheap) adjacent.

Only the location which is far out. But we knew that and despite the 45 minute drive to L.A. it was very well worth it.

The pool area was good and the location was marvelous, close to fun activities, restaurants, stores, gas stations. The staff were friendly and skilled, always available to help.

It offers reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds as well as coffee, spent our time lovely.
